Annual/Fixed Term Membership
Members with annual memberships cannot cancel their membership unless they meet any of the following criteria:
- Illness or injury means they are unable to make use of their fitness membership.
- You are a student withdrawing from The University of Sheffield and leaving the Sheffield area.
In order to request a refund we will require proof of the illness or injury before issuing a refund.

Direct Debit Memberships
Members with a Direct Debit membership may cancel their fitness membership by giving us written notice by the 19th of the month prior to the month of cancellation.
(i.e. If you want to cancel your fitness membership for January, we would need confirmation on or before the 19th of December.)
Your minimum term of 3 months must have been completed to be eligible to freeze or cancel your fitness membership.
